Unprofessional and rude. Clearly no customer service training at all. Worst company to deal with
Terrible Terrible Terrible. Just like others stated, their bill paying service and customer service are equally terrible. They need to be revamped or shut down. They will send bills when past due. Most recently, they updated their payment system and didnt bother to inform customers other than sending delayed postal mails. Many at the risk of supply shut off.
Got a disconnection bill out of nowhere. No first bill or anything 🤔
Never got a formal bill but got the bill payment mail only after the past due date. site enrollment doesn't work either.
terrible company. This company cares nothing about you or the business you give them. There service is just forgettable.
