So rude I called customer service about my payment and the girl on phone didn't even let me finish what I was saying put me on hold with some music and was waiting for like 10 minutes unprofessional.
I paid my bill over the phone a week later they send me a letter saying that I still owe them when I paid already they took the money out my account but didn’t add it back there scamming me so I pay twice
