I recently had an experience with Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City that absolutely deserves a five-star review. While traveling from Holland, Michigan to Bellaire for a conference, my S-Class started having radiator trouble. I had to get it towed to their dealership on a Sunday and used the early bird drop-off. I LOVE the customer service and support from the Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City. The environment is also clean and comfortable, they also treat you with respect, and explain everything fully.
