My wife Susan and I were in the Manistee Michigan area for a few weeks of relaxation. We had several plans and they were immediately interrupted with an unfixable flat tire. Traverse City Mercedes picked up the car on a flatbed truck ordered the tire fixed it and BROUGHT the car back to us. We used their loaner and never missed a plan. Fox Mercedes is a small dealership by Mercedes standards. After a miserable experience with a large dealership in West Palm Beach, Florida last winter, it was a pleasure to return home to the personalized local company.
