I recently had an experience with Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City that absolutely deserves a five-star review. While traveling from Holland, Michigan to Bellaire for a conference, my S-Class started having radiator trouble. I had to get it towed to their dealership on a Sunday and used the early bird drop-off. Initially, the service advisor, Kelly Ann, let me know that the repair could run into a few thousand dollars because of the complexity.
