I recently had an experience with Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City that absolutely deserves a five-star review. While traveling from Holland, Michigan to Bellaire for a conference, my S-Class started having radiator trouble. I had to get it towed to their dealership on a Sunday and used the early bird drop-off. I LOVE the customer service and support from the Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City. The environment is also clean and comfortable, they also treat you with respect, and explain everything fully. They have great communication and they do not try to overcharge you. They value you as a customer no matter the age of your Benz.
