No Help Provided. – There is a website for Fox .M. Clinic offering services and encouraging people to call to bring in their pets for quality affordable service, however When you call there is an answering machine where you leave a message, I left an urgent message that our little dog had a small-(quarter sized) bleeding wound from a ruptured cyst and needed to be seen-I never received a call back, I kept calling them over-and-over finally someone picked up, after I explained the urgency of the matter they said they were boo... read more

Should be shut down – I found this place on the internet n decided to go bc of the lower cost, I went today to get my dog neutered, my appointment was @ 9am,I rushd to the place bc I live far n they didn't open their doors till 9:15, the staff is inconsiderate, rude, and have no manners. The place is not clean, smells like pee all over the place.after I told him my dog was hospitalized they made me wait over n hour to tell me needed to fax info on why he was hospitalized 2 weeks ago n then needed to call back to reschedule, ... read more

Misleading and rude – Made an appointment for our dog who has bad allergies. The lady told me 30 something dollars on the phone and when i get there its 40 something because its a skin problem diagnosis. I was not only told fale information but they never even looked at our dog !!! Plus the Receptionist was rude and very unconcerned about the welfare of our dog and just seemed like she hated her job. Then do us a favor and find a new job! Now our dog has to suffer longer because of this "LOW income pet care". Its total Bull!... read more

Stay away – you pay for what you get... If you want quality care go somewhere else! sometimes the cheaper prices are not worth it and this is that kinda place... seems all they can do is basic things such as exams and spays and neuters and forget about xrays you have to schedule those on a separate day! hmm... you mean I came all this way and I have to come back? whatever! ill pay the higher prices for higher level of care

WASTE OF TIME...... – My dog was diagnosed with kidney stones 2 years ago and received surgery to remove them. I recently noticed that she was showing symptoms of having the kidney stones again and contacted Fox Memorial Clinic because the surgery for kidney stones is very expensive and my vet informed me that their prices were significantly less than the average vet . I had to leave 3 messages over a two week period of time just to get someone to call me back for an appointment. It's next to impossible to get someone live w... read more

Fox Staff members are tops in my book! ;o) – I can't understand how people have had problems using the Fox clinic? Anytime I have called, they have returned my phone call the same day. Furthermore, we all need to slow down and realize this is a service offered at a much lower cost then your "friendly" neighborhood vet, save the complaining for them, they rob us blind using our love for our animals. No matter how good something is, there will always be someone who has had a bad experience, whether it be because the person the... read more

Good Prices - Not So Good Customer Service – This past Monday, I called and left a voicemail message about wanting to bring my kitten in for neutering. They called me back in a few hours and said that I need to get an exam release form from my current vet. I printed out the form from the website and faxed it over to my doctor. It is now Friday and after leaving 3 messages, no one has called me back yet. I know that they have good prices ($59 vs $100+ for neutering), but comon! In one of my messages, I also asked them if they... read more

Bad Service – I adopted a kitten through them and when I called numerous times about the kitten possibly having an upper respiratory infection (which was supposed to be medically covered by them) my calls were never returned which forced me to have to go to another vet. Also, I called (much later on) due to my senior rottie having possibly a urinary tact infection and was told they were booked until months later and they would not be willing to see her.

Very Pleased with Services – I was told from my local veterinarian that it would cost me $350 to have my female chihuahua spayed. I called Fox Memorial Clinic and had it done for $103. BIG DIFFERENCE. She was still able to stay overnight and got excellent care. They even clipped her nails. When she came out of surgery they called me to tell me that she was OK and had drank a little water and was doing fine. The office is clean. The staff is friendly and I will use their services again.
