Everyone there was very nice and helpful. The vet and the vet tech were great. The prices are amazing forvthe care. Fox memorial is one of the rare animal care places who care about the animals and not the money. A gem!

according to them my dog had a skin tag that can be removed with a simple surgery. then she tries to hear his hear and "cant find it" and wanted to do test on him that would cost 300. i got home and heard it perfectly fine. and just today i get home and his leg is swollen and he wont put it down. they just want money.

Staff - receptionists and vet tech - were polite and helpful. Dr. Clark was friendly, respectful and competent. She was very gentle and caring with my dog. Cost of service and meds was VERY reasonable compared to your average high priced vet. My experience with them was very good and I have no complaints. I will certainly use them again.

I called them and they wouldn't even see my dog, I explained I had financial problems due to a layoff. They said they couldn't do anything for her because she has breathing issues and weren't set up to do surgery on dogs with special needs. They told me to go to an emergency vet which I explained I didn't have the money for, they could have cared less. Totally heartless people.

I brought my 4 yr old pit bull into be spayed a month ago. Being a first time dog owner I don't have much to compare it to. But I felt it went as I expected. The staff were helpful, some were friendlier than others, the ones that I wouldn't say were friendly were just matter of fact and it was more personality, I don't feel anyone was rude. I do feel I had ask a lot of questions that they didn't anticipate my questions and give me answers, but in the end I got the info I needed, again I think it was personality. A place with a heart – I went to the Fox Memorial Clinc and saw Dr Levy for my Cat. He was very compassionate to her and my family. After seeing Dr Levy, I only had a couple more weeks with my sweet longtime companion. Because of his assurance and care, she lived out her comfortable last days. FMC can have a little wait to see them but it was worth it. They seemed to do the best they can to get you in. The prices are very reasonable too!

Purrfectly Caring – I have taken my healthy cats to be vaccinated and spayed at the Fox clinic over the last 7 years. I found the vet techs friendly and warm, and the vets understanding and practical. They don't try to sell you fancier food and expensive tests or treatments - I truly appreciate that! They are very busy - I'll concede, and it is very hard to get to talk to a real live person at the desk! Very nice and understanding – I was referred to Fox by an animal shelter I know. My cat has a tumor on her belly and the vets were charging tons of money to get it removed and tested for cancer. When I called Fox, I left a message explaining my situation. They called back within a few hours, were attentive and understanding, and offered various options for much less money. So far I'm very pleased with them!
