We live in Texas. We just came in to Easton to visit family. We took a side trip to Refreshing Mountain. We were told about Fox Meadows while there. The ice cream was so delicious, we went on to Easton and came back 4 days later before returning to Texas!

You'll never find another place like this. The flavors are spot on, and the surprises are endless. The Banana Pudding (I believe it was) had the surprise of a vanilla wafer inside. OF COURSE you put them together. I swear their R&D team leaves no stone unturned. They had Concord Grape one year that made you think you were eating them right off the vine. Their flavors are amazing, and their attention to detail as they are creating these masterpieces are remarkable.

This ice creamery was a thorough delight despite the long line. Creative flavors and concoctions as well as traditional favorites. I did not have any of their food items but they looked great as well. This would be a good stop over for a family or a date or even if you are alone. As a side note I also appreciated the biodegradable plating.
