Apartments are well kept, but I had paid professional cleaning service to assure the apartment was clean and ready. We had asked for a walkthrough as is allowed by law in Montana. The had stated, "We don't do walkthroughs" which again is allowed in the state of Montana. I paid $1000.00 for my deposit. They offered me,$130.00 of my original deposit. Saying it was not cleaned. Moved in on Sept 15th. The whole process of moving in was flawless and very stress free. The office was very helpful with any questions and was very transparent through the whole process. I highly recommend fox meadows. Very affordable and you can tell they care about their tenants.
The fire alarm in the north side lobby has had a malfunction alarm going off for nearly a month
