Great service. Levi was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I have lived here for 3 years and the rent has gone up twice $50 each time. Like a lot of people here I am on a limited income and they are making it so people won’t be able to afford to live here. It’s the same at Coach estates same company has both parks. We pay all our utilities and also have to maintain our own yards too. There also charge a $10 pet fee per pet also. They do not make any improvements here. The road is rough and needs to be replaced and also the driveway and sidewalks have big cracks and are chipping away... read more
I have been here since May of 2022, and the rent has been raised twice ($50) each year…….. which is CRAZY because we have NO AMENITIES, we have to keep our yards up, pay water, I understand picking up our pets dog poo, But there is a lot of people that don’t do that……. Another thing I definitely don’t agree with is having to pay a pet fee to have our pets in our OWN HOME….they are not allowed to run loose….. we have no dog park, Then the roads and side walks have not been maintained since I have been here they are cracked an... read more
