I plan to move soon. The "big brother is watching" and tattling crap is getting really uncomfortable and I don't feel welcome living here anymore. It's like I'm being controlled by a damn homeowners association without the jackets. Plus the rent is exorbitant and no updates to this park except for the WAY too freaking tall speed bumps they added. STAY CLEAR FROM LIVING HERE unless you want to be controlled like a George Orwell novel!!!

I have lived here for 3 years and the rent has gone up twice $50 each time. Like a lot of people here I am on a limited income and they are making it so people won’t be able to afford to live here. It’s the same at Coach estates same company has both parks. We pay all our utilities and also have to maintain our own yards too. There also charge a $10 pet fee per pet also. They do not make any improvements here. The road is rough and needs to be replaced and also the driveway and sidewalks have big cracks and are chipping away... read more
