I am shocked at how I have been treated by this management group. My attorney and realtor requests a standard disclosure document to be filled in and submitted. Mara absolutely refused to fill the document in, stating that she had answered the questions in an email and that should be good enough. Even after being told that not filling the requested document in would kill the sale of the unit and a phone call from me to fill in the required form. Unfortunately this happens all too often. Our management company submits information as timely as possible. However, brokers/attorneys do not often read through all the materials provided and wait until just prior to closing to confirm that they have received all the information they require. The document that Ms. ****** refers to was actually issued June 2017, over a month prior to closing.
