Property is great, office staff is fantastic and neighborhood is quiet.
Moving to Fox Hunt Farm was an outstanding experience. The location is in a top level school district, has wonderful amenities ( pool and social areas) and wonderful people! From the moment we applied, their staff was extremely helpful and available (moving from 600 miles away) for all of the questions and concerns we had. Apartments are very nice. How ever do your homework before moving here. I’ve been here for roughly one month now and my neighbors above me are currently running a circus upstairs. It’s open 24hrs 7 days a week. I have spoke to management about this situation numerous times and they have absolutely zero control over their tenants. They let them run wild and do what ever they absolutely want. While also telling me to move rather than the ones causing the issue. They claim there is extra sound proofing... that’s a lie. You’ll hear every sound your neighbors make. Also, be prepared for fraudulent charges when your lease ends.
