Amazing food and service. I JD came on Christmas Day and had a not so great visit. But the GM was nice enough to invite me back and made sure things were different.
Came in the watch the second half of the game with my wife got in right at the start of halftime. Was told to have a seat anywhere, we found a table that had a good view of a tv. Waited about 5 minutes and didn't see a single server. Finally a server comes into the area only to clean a table directly in front of us and then leave. No acknowledgement that we are there. Had a falling out with the family just hours before our Thanksgiving dinner.. needed to decompress so ended up here for my holiday dinner. Had a couple beers, a few jager bombs and the night was good. Server was great and food was better than I probably would've had elsewhere. Thanks for helping a guy turn a shitty holiday into something decent.

Unfortunately, we went on a Saturday evening...during an OU football game. We were there to have dinner and catch up with friends from school. It was loud and the football game wasn't helping. Our server was nice but overwhelmed!! She had the entire back room by herself!! The manager said it was busy for a Saturday night and they weren't expecting it. I find that very difficult to believe. I live in Northern Kentucky and visit Charlotte about once a month and love watching football on Sundays at Fox & Hound. The staff has always been friendly and efficient and its a good atmosphere. Its one of my favorite places to frequent in the area when I'm in town!
