This place used to be so fun. The music sucked and the service sucked. I don’t see this place open in 6 months

I booked a dinner here for my son’s rehearsal dinner. I made the reservation with Miranda (a manager) who assured me we would have a private room. I called the day of to confirm and Claude (I think) said he didn’t know about the reservation. He put me on hold and said he found it but that the private rooms were occupied but he could put us on a private patio. At one time this was a great sports bar. However I do Not recommend due to poor service! Very slow and not tentative to their customers. They lack excellence in service, lack cleaning tables and they have the worse bathrooms!
We have been sitting in this place for over an hour. One of the servers had to leave and switched to a different server. Now that this switch occurred, the other server has walked past us 5 times, with eye contact and has not said anything to us. The others have just walked past us and said nothing. Two other couples have come into the establishment and were served, but not us. Oh, my daughter just showed up while I'm sitting here writing this and she still didn't show up.
