The front office lady was so unprofessional and rude . I wouldn’t trust them to take care of a loved one. They can’t even be kind over the phone .
Great place I love it here. But one thing I don’t appreciate or agree with is how little they pay us employees. And how the med techs think they are higher than the Caregivers. The med techs specifically Maria always has a nasty attitude towards certain caregivers and she doesn’t do her job like she is supposed to do.
One of the hardest things I have done in my whole life was to move my Mother out of her home when my Father, her husband of 70 years, passed away. Mum could barely walk with her walker, ate very little and had no social life. She was just slowly slipping away. She just couldn't stay in their home. I met with Robin afew times, cried to her and asked her for her help. I just didn't know what to do or how to do it.
