This is a wonderful place to choose if you're looking for a clean, quiet, affordable place to live. The staff is great! Very responsive! The pool is always clean and hardly ever crowded. I love this place!!
Renters beware!!! This is a roach infested dump, the air conditioners have mold. They gave us the unit on 12/12/25, windows do not open holes in the walls the ac filter was never changed was black with mold and cigarette smell. The ac closet is full of mold, holes in the connections and not up to code. We never stayed the first nights because of all the roaches and larvae. We left the next day! The reviews are honest, so not move here.
This place will put you in a dirty roach filled apartment, then steal your deposit when you move out, leaving the apartment exactly how it came. They’ll also refuse to answer your calls when you contact them. I can no stress how much you should listen to these 1 star reviews. This place is cheap, not worth the rent they charge, and they will up your rent without providing any improvements to your space.
