STAY. AWAY. OWNERSHIP IS HORRIBLE at keeping the place tidy, up to par, and making it feel like “Luxury Living”. 10/10 do not recommend. Stay as far away as possible.
The worse living experience. This place has the worse communication skills in the front office. The office does not speak with another or have notes on each apartment. Therefore, they do not know anything that's going on. Constantly new people in the office. Hummmmmm. Haha no wonder. Because no one can do their job. This place will scam you in every possible way to get more money from you. Their lease is unheard of. Hella expensive for crappy service.

Sigh... Just Sad I’m starting to think that everyone in this Community needs help with the weird activities. Even the property manager has a low-key level of disrespect and she can’t be trusted it’s pathetic. Life is simple be honest if you made a mistake own up to it I’m human I get it, but lying makes it worse it just makes you look stupid trying to cover it up. Sorry I even have to share this i’ll post a update if anything has been done to remedy the situation.
So beautiful here. The many amenities available make life so easy... the doggie 🐶 park is my favorite! I have no excuses for not going to the gym 💪🏻 and my grandchildren love ❤️ the gorgeous pool 💧Having recently sold my home 🏡 I was nervous about going into an apartment after so many years, but this community is great. been living here for a few months and I love it. haven't had a problem with nobody. the office team are always looking out, they are very polite and they are always doing fun activities.
DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.. WAYY TO MANY HAS HAD WAYY TO MANY PROBLEMS FROM THIS COMPANY.. Why does Eden pointe make someone fill out a pet form that ask for breed and size/weight for an emotional support animal.? why is it when someone complains, they Said they don't know them. SMH funny how they act so perfect only to the ones who don't complain.. as if they don't have problems. your not perfect Eden Pointe and u shall learn.
This is my second time living in Ashton chase. We moved because our rental was sold and we needed somewhere local to live, we went back to Ashton chase. We broke our lease 6 months early due to the insane amount of crime. We had a gun fight right outside our unit, neighbors teens were caught breaking into cars. Lots of drug related crimes and car break ins as well. And if you have an assigned spot just assume it’s a free for all Sundays when everyone knows they will not be towed.
