WARNING: I went to visit my friend here and couldn't believe my eyes. I honestly thought she was exaggerating when she was telling me about roaches and mice but I had to see it for myself. I cannot even believe how disgusting it is. She is trying to leave for the safety and health of her children and they are refusing to help her do that claiming they will just keep spraying for the roaches and that she shouldn't be surprised by the mice. RecommendedAmazing community! It is in the best location in Winter Park. Can't beat the resort-style pool right off the lake. Suzana and the whole office team are spectacular. My next home will definitely be the Lexington at Winter Park just because of them!
