Dr. Cass is not only inexperienced and arrogant, she is also unethical and willingly neglects the care of her patients in order to appear experienced. Strongly considering dropping these guys and looking for a new vet for my dogs. When I first started bringing them here 6 years ago they were amazing! I would be notified in a timely manner when it came time to schedule them for their annual wellness checks, they would give me copies of my bill with no issue, overall just a great place to bring my dogs. My grandkids (doxis)Sawyer & Rose were sick & Fox Hollow came thru.... Curb side pick up! Living in MI knowing they were not feeling their best made me confident knowing they’d have the best care. I ought to know since they took care of Sawyer with hives while I was babysitting. This is the best Vet I’ve ever known. I should know I had a Doxi for 16 years with allergies& spine issues.
