Can you update your residents on the ac situation? And maybe what you intend to do to compensate? Entering the hottest month of the year and you're playing too much. These little rental units dont sufficiently cool the entire apartment. 7/17/25 AC still out. Up and running by Tuesday was a fail. This place is going downhill. just today i was robbed for the 2nd time. Last week my newly bought tides pods washing machine bag. Today my laundry basket and box of half full dryer sheets. So upsetting when you can't trust your neighbors. (Both left in the laundry room as its never been a problem in the several years I lived here)
6/30 After making us endure 5 WEEKS+ without ac with temps reaching near 100 outside, NOW you wanna offer a portable ac unit. Okay, whatever. We should withhold rent until they fix their issues and offer some sort of discount for forcing us to endure 90+ degree weather. without working AC. And STOP billing us nearly 300 for backdated utilities. Gas alone, should not be nearly $200! But they won't stop being so greedy! Most they will do is offer pizza and snacks and then hold a random inspection where fines will be issued for petty things to recoup cost of snacks and whatnot. This company’s owes every unit that has been left with an AC unit that’s not working for almost the entire month of June a free month of rent. Leaving bad reviews is something I’ve never done. I understand that having a good reputation is key to a successful business. But I have had enough with the disrespect of the company.
