These people manage the apartments I have been living in for over a year and even since they took over, I have had nothing but issues. The property manager is impossible to get a hold of. I honestly wish at this point I had the money to end my lease. Management office is rude (T@bith@) Ill use symbols to make sure your name is out there girl ;). The leasing manager is very rude I explained to her I lost my sister and not one time was compassion shown she brushed me offif you call corporate it runs back to her there is no maintenance on site. The building is becoming infested with roaches and she does nothing a bout it.this is so horrible its a shooting and cars stay flying in the complexwe pay rent to also stay safe something needs to be done I have been an awesome tenant and been in paddock village since 2019

3 weeks ago our a/c broke over the weekend a maintenance person who is not certified in hvac,plumbing, or electrical brought a a/c unit that required our patio door to be open and duct taped with plywood to bring in air, we live on the 2nd floor and it was 106 real feel that weekend. Work orders were received on 8/14, with the A/C being a priority. The A/C condenser and A coil were replaced. Work orders are completed in the order they are received and by priority. Maintenance tried on two different occasions to complete work orders, but were denied entry because the resident had *****. As of 9/16, all work orders have been completed.

For 4 years I had mice come in from my closet and the space behind my dishwasher that hasnt worked after countless maintenance requests. By the way it still doesnt work, in march the last business man that saw it said it cant be fixed. The only way to resolve it is to get a water vacuum, or dont use it.
