With a family with kids I would not recommend anyone to live here. You are going to have issue with mice, bugs and flooding. I have reached out to management and they yell at you, they do not try to fix the problem.

This company almost seems criminal. Charging application fees is normal however, they also charge an administrative fee which they refer to as a move in fee. Very misleading. Ive seen these types of fees charged in major cities but why in a little suburb of ******, **? I havent seen any other complex in the *********** market that charge an admin fee. To deny an application for a chapter 13 is an outdated process. I have a stellar rental history and a good income. What is worse is the $200 fee they keep and do not refund. The fees say $50 app and $150 move in fee. Your dont want me to live in your community yet you keep a $50 app fee and a $150 administration fee which says move in fee on the actual application.I suggest your compliance department correct the wording to match. Living at DC the last year or so has been pure h*** The most frustrating is the lack of consequence for unruly tenants. My next door neighbor has taunted/stalked me for a year or more. The office staff *****, ******, and ****** are doing illegal stuff. I moved out my apt due to false accusations about my children moving into my apt over 2 wks. I was in the process of moving out the front office entered my apt without notice and changed the locks without a court order.. A move out inspection was performed with the property mananger where at that time she apologized for the lease violations and throwing her keys at the property manager. **************** also verbally agreed to pay her balance in full upon receiving her final bill.
Continuous water issues. Water dripping from bathroom ceiling into bathroom. Carpet in master bedroom fills up with water from an unknown source. I called the office to have them fix the garbage disposal. Maintenance came in and said we put a little dish soap in drain to solve the problem. Ridiculous.
