This is My first dealing with Georgian Bay HD. I drove two hours from Waterloo so was not sure what to expect . I must say I am impressed from booking the appointment to the service. Tracy was excellent from beginning to end. Work was done on time and everything was addressed. Highly recommended.
Apperantly if your bike is 9 years old its considered discontinued for parts support. Just get a shrug of the shoulders and a too bad so sad from the kid working parts counter. Needs some supervision and training. Parts office is an absolute disaster. Second time I visit Georgian Bay HD after rebrand for parts and both times was like pulling teeth. Everyone else was splendid and helpful.
We recently purchased a 09 Sportster from Kim, and she went above and beyond to make our expirence a memorable one. With her great communication and with the minor modifications that we wanted done, the team made it happen. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Georgian Bay Harley-Davidson to anyone. It was a wonderful expirence, and now I'm a Harley girl ;) Thanks so much Kim for making the expirence one to remember.

My buddy & I, rode up here last Saturday morning from Cambridge as he needed HD oil for all 3 holes. A really enjoyable ride to this location, we got there at 9 a.m. A beautiful store (I have never been before when it was Fox HD). They did an incredible rebuild from what I saw.
