I live in Manitoba and I bought a Sportster S from this dealership. Kim was awesome. It felt like I was at the dealership. She responded on time, sent photos and videos of the bike. There was no rush or pressure. When I was time for shipping, they took out it in a create and dealt pleasantly with my shipper. When the bike arrived. My Son and I stopped in to check out the shop. I have been looking at one of their bikes online and wanted to see it in person. Even tho we weren’t quite ready to buy the bike yet, Kim took the time to show us the bike, answered all our questions and more. Bill was also really helpful and was very knowledgeable. The whole “looking” experience was great, not pushy or anything. Very nice facility, we will definitely be back for a bike purchase in the spring. Thanks

The customer service here is excellent. Buy your bike here. One example. I was picking up my Fatboy S from winter storage, Dan noticed a problem with my rear rotor, replaced it with a regular one for nothing and ordered the stock one to get replaced during the next winter storage. Who does that? Thanks for making my Harley Davidson experience the best since I first contacted them in 2017.
