I purchased my vehicle from Fox Buick GMC this past February and have been very disappointed in the Service Center. When I took my car in for the first oil change in June, the technician informed me that the cabin air filter needed to be changed because it was filthy from a mouse nest in the cabin air filter and admitted they had failed to inspect the filter before selling me the vehicle (I also had paid extra for the GM certification which was to include extra inspections of the vehicle). RecommendedFriendly staff. Of all the cars I've bought over the last 50+ years, this was the easiest, least pressured, smoothest transaction. They worked very hard to find exactly the car I wanted, which wasn't easy because it was the end of the year line, and cars were selling fast.
This dealership really missed the mark for us. We were so disappointed in the tactics of the used car sales team. I wish we didn’t have to play games just to buy a car. We bought a car today from another dealership. Honesty and no games.

RecommendedPaul Bernard was amazing, even after I changed my mind last minute! He found me a GMC Terrain that I absolutely love! To me, car shopping is usually the worst thing ever... but it was an enjoyable experience for sure!
They have horrible customer service. Aaron Rohrer ran my numbers and never got back in contact with me. After calling and emailing him MULTIPLE times , i still never received a call back. I don’t recommend this dealership AT ALL!!!! I got the run around and my credit was ran for no reason!!!
