I just simply called to inquire about 2 bedrooms and the renter’s office representative was very unenthusiastic and very short. I would think the professionalism would be a bit more present to potential renters. She said she didn’t have any 2 bedrooms and her 1 bedroom wasn’t available until December and she didn’t inquire when i was looking to move which actually wasn’t before January. She also didn’t offer a waiting list or anything. Very displeased as a potential renter who was simply just inquiring. So that speaks volume... read more

I love it here everyone minds their business. It’s clean, maintenance request get handled quickly. My super is so polite and helpful.

One thing i realize that i wish they would have specified credit matters more then income. I had asked the women who does the open house should I apply still she said the property manager would now more but don't be fooled credit is the only requirement. I know alot of people who credit score is good but they can't afford their rent and owe rent . but to some credit shows that you will pay every month so. Hey it's life
