Extremely disappointed with the service management team. They requested my VIN and mileage photos on June 3rd to order a critical 25B08 campaign component for my 2024 F-150, then completely cut off communication. They cleared the campaign loop online to read '0 open recalls' but never installed the physical part. Service Manager Phil Valinski refuses to return written inquiries or honor his team's text commitment to update me. Scott and the service team are always amazing. I consistently receive excellent customer service, and they never pressure me into buying extras. They simply let me know what's recommended and give me an estimate. They make my experience easy and trustworthy.
Scott is the best. He was able to get me in the same day. I had a brake issue and he was able to get my truck back to me within 2 hours. Would definitely come back.
I always have great people at Fox Ford, who are knowledgeable and pleasant. Thier facility is clean and organized. Highly recommend this dealership.
