I am very frustrated with the service department at ******** in Chicago. I bought a SUV from the dealership in 2017 and have used them to service the vehicle a number of times. Each time it takes forever to get them on the phone. Most times after 6 rings, it goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full, so it disconnects the line. LET THE BUYER BEWARE ! I had a bad experience with Fox. I bought a used car that had damage which I didn’t see until I got home. I brought the car back to return it within 3 business days. I was told NO of course. Also, the business Mgr handling the finality of the sale didn’t turn in the sale paperwork for a couple days because he was trying to sell me a warranty. I am 73 years old.
