I brought my vehicle in for an oil change (the works), a recall, and brakes.Waited 3 hrs. Asked if anything was alarming after oil change, all is good from my service agent. At that time I mentioned I had 4 lights out (daytime,reverse, side mirror, and liscense plate) and he seemed surprised. Told his boys to do better. We bought a vehicle from Fox Ford 7 months ago - a month after purchasing the vehicle, the ** went out. We called our sales guy and left a message, however, he never called back. Talk to Sid in the Service department. Quality service, and knowledgeable staff.
Don't get your car fixed at the body shop. You will have nothing but problems.
Always great service here. Oil changes are cheaper than most places around especially with their free rewards program.
