The salesmen over the phone are very helpful . They accommodated to my needs and made great suggestions. The carpet is beautiful! It makes my kitchen look great! There were three workers sent to do the installation. I am very happy with the results!!!!!!

My Family went to their store and found carpet they liked. Asked about getting estimate/area measured and was told they charge for that! Are you kidding? How do you charge for an estimate! Needless to say they walked out. Reading the other reviews, looks like a blessing in disguise.
The most professional and highly experienced team ! From carpet selection right through To installation every person was qualified , and knowledgeable. Their installers couldn’t have been nicer. The job was done to perfection and my home was left spotless. Absolutely recommend!!
I was very disappointed with them, and their response to a carpet issue I had. They totally denied any responsibility for the discoloration of the carpet and said I was to blame. I would never recommend them. Not very professional!!!
Ordered Masland Calibre LVT from Fox Floors and it looks great !! The installers were extremely friendly and did a perfect installation. Scott went to great lengths to make sure the job was done to perfection. I highly recommend Fox Floors and their Excellent service.
