Thank you Fox & Fern for my beautiful birthday arrangement. They were patient with my order, explained the process, offered timely delivery (that I was able to track) and my order was perfect! Every detail of this arrangement was stunning, I’m absolutely grateful! I got soooo many compliments from coworkers, family and friends about my arrangement and I was sure to recommend them. I will definitely use Fox and Fern in the future.
I just called and placed an order for Daddy Daughter dance tomorrow. They have been the only florist I could get to pick up the phone. I really apperciate their customer service!
Very bad experience. Will never return. Most 5 star reviews are non organic. Lots of fluff and hype from the owner and no follow through. Wilted sickly little flowers that appeared to be leftovers. No sense of taste or style but certainly aware of how to markup and inflate.
We went to Fox & Fern for our wedding and haven't bought flowers anywhere else for five years. Our wedding was beautiful - Liza is one of the rare experts who also listens - and with their artistry and unwavering thoughtfulness (Liza remakes a seasonal version of my wife's bouquet for special occasions), we have marked births, losses and everything in between with our Fox & Fern family. Could not recommend more highly.
Infested! Parasite spreaders!!! Be warned!! Check out the response. My review never mentioned thrips….yet she says she knows nothing about the parasites she spreads recklessly. She also claims harassment when I had to block her negative texts to stop her word vomit. Very very sad honestly and so unprofessional. Your lies will always come back to bite you!
