I got some great glasses here, but the contacts were bad. I got 3 pairs of contacts and tho the doctor "adjusted" my prescription after each one, he still could not get my prescription correct. I ended up giving up and keeping my old pair since I can see better out of them than I could with any of the 3 pairs I was given!
Was told walk ins are not accepted on weekends, additionally I was told there is a three week wait for an appointment. Don't advertise that you take walk in appointments if you don't take them. Wasted over an hour coming to Greensboro, only to have to go back home. Rude staff at Fox and at the Lenscrafters at Friendly Shopping Center.

I am not one that gives reviews but this was just way to much. Over 2 hours of our life we will never get back. Unprofessional. Walk in are welcome.... to sit in the lobby till end of the day. Not a good experience today at all.

I'm sitting in the office with my eyes dilated (so I can barely see!) but I just had to rave on this office. I've been coming here for years but this is the first time I've received an exam by Dr. Fox himself and I must say he is awesome as well as the team they are friendly and efficient!
I have been coming to Dr Jones for about 15 years. I have a chronic eye disease, and he is better than any ophthalmologist I have been to in GSO. All of the staff is so friendly as well!
