Do not schedule if You do not have time to wait. They double book. I told them when I scheduled I had another appointment. The waiting room was small and packed. Even with mask people are too close. A lady ask to go to restroom and they told her to go to Macy’s! Their restrooms do not work either. Bad experience. Will not go back. I drove over an hour to get there and had to leave to make other appointment. People were sitting on other side and standing on side walk.

I would most DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place !!!! don't do it!!! All they care about is getting your money. They fitted me for the WRONG contact lenses and then when I told them they said in order for me to get the correct pair I had to pay AGAIN! I HATE this place & will NEVER go back! spoke with a supervisor & was told "well we have a strict policy" .. right is right, wrong is wrong! period.

Not a fan poor management and not fair to staff needs and wants.
Good professional staff. Reasonable pricing. Easy to make appointments. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.
I got some great glasses here, but the contacts were bad. I got 3 pairs of contacts and tho the doctor "adjusted" my prescription after each one, he still could not get my prescription correct. I ended up giving up and keeping my old pair since I can see better out of them than I could with any of the 3 pairs I was given!
