Front desk lady was extremely rude. I work from 6:45am to 5:45pm. I rushed there after work, showing up at 5:50pm, and she gave me attitude and would not show me two units because "they close in 10 minutes". It may be a nice facility, but customer service is very unwelcoming.

The staff is wonderful Courtney Cummings was very helpful she even stayed after hours. Just so we could check in!! She did not have to do that we were coming in from out of town we really appreciated all of her help!
Fox Den has a very new clean facility right off of the interstate in Newville that has high quality safety controls in place. We have been using our unit for several months now and entered at various times if the day and night with no issues and area very pleased with the quality of the facility. We would recommend it over any of the other storage unit companies in the area we investigated.
Friendly staff, very clean facility. It is incredibly convenient that the unit is accessible 24/7 even though the office is not manned 24/7. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend looking for a unit.

We just rented our 2nd storage unit! Excellent service, very clean, I always feel safe, and our overall experience has been awesome!
I've been to two locations now and have always had excellent service! Very secure so you don't have to worry about your things! I would highly recommend!
