I would leave 0 stars if I could I should have listened to the reviews . They mess up on applications and approve you then deny you and keep application and HOLDING fee 160$!! And tell you you’re out of luck . Horrible service .
This is the absolute WORST and unprofessional apartment complex to rent from. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend their hard working money or bring their families into a space of discomfort. I’ve lived in this complex with my family for 2 years and a half and was so relieved when I finally moved out ! They go up on rent every year but never repaint the walls , or carpet etc. Charge you every month for pest control but yet to see an exterminator every month. You can kiss your security deposit goodbye. They will charge you for repainting, cleaning, carpet shampooing and any other thing they can think of, and I kept the apartment spotless.
Llevo viviendo ya tres años y no porque me guste es porque me toca . Hago solicitud de arreglos y pasan por alto me quejo del olor a hierba 🌿 no hacen el aseo en zonas comunes alfombras sin limpiar no contestan no hay control de plagas , electrodomésticos muy viejos dañados con más de 20 años sin mantenimiento y si el cobro de la renta muy costoso para el mal servicio , lástima porque si están bien ubicados

I went to the office first to discuss certain complaints and suggested and gave ideas of others, I've been living here for 2 years and a half. My mom and dad for almost 14 years. When mom passed, age 82. I took over a few things and chores and my dad noticed what it was.
