I'm writing regarding the poor behavior of the staff member at the pool gate. Unfortunately, their attitude was ridiculous and unprofessional.
At least one of the staff here is uptight, otherwise facility and grounds are great and probably one of the few in Philadelphia with dedicated public outdoor pickleball. Too bad the vibe with the one staff member reminded me of the “vibe” an incident near here around 1990 is what got Philadelphia started on its 911 emergency system.
