Horrible!! Charged my credit card a total of $240 with no explanation and will not answer the phone or return calls to discuss.
The lack of good management is clear based on the quality of their office staff. They are incompetent when it comes to insurance billing. They will abruptly end your treatment with no Transition of Care plan for which shows their complete disregard for patient health.
Horrible customer service and a total lack of empathy for patients. No one is ever around to answer calls and some of the practitioners there are as careless as they are clueless. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Avoid like the plague!
