Some of the best BBQ I have had in a long time. The ribs define fall off the bone!! The brisket was amazing melt in your mouth. The two different BBQ sauces they have are awesome. The awards on the front glass of the building are no joke these guys have some badass BBQ.
We were visiting the area from NYC and wanted to try someplace for lunch near the Hoover Dam. We checked Yelp and this gem popped up! With such great reviews we figured we would give it a try and we were most certainly not disapointed. The only bad thing about Fox BBQ is that it is so far away from NYC! The food was perfect. The staff was beyond friendly. And they are in the process of expanding. It just doesn't get any better! Once you have Foxes, you realize the other bbq places have been lying to you. THIS is bbq!
Best BBQ in the greater Las Vegas area. I heard of this place a while back but never tried it because I smoke my own BBQ and have tried some really good BBQ around the US. I guess you could say I'm a BBQ snob. I finally went today just so I could say that I tried it and it was great. I will definitely be a regular considering we live 10 minutes away and my office is in BC. Good job guys!
