The food was awesome I had the burger hubby had the wings.
I was taking a trip up to the dam and checked out Yelp to find a good place for lunch in Boulder. Fox Smokehouse had five stars and great reviews so I decided to give it a try. That was an excellent decision. The servers were friendly, even letting me try out a taste of the coleslaw, and kept my drink filled. The tri-tip Philly was delicious and the sweet potato fries were very tasty. The meat on the sandwich was smoky, fall apart tender, and juicy even without the sauce. Just got back from Fox BBQ. I had the pulled pork dinner and my husband had the brisket. Delicious! We will be back!

The reviews are right, this is top-drawer bbq. I had the brisket and my wife had the burger, and both were excellent. The place was packed but service was fast and friendly. We stopped by on the way back from Hoover Dam, but it might be worth the drive from Vegas all by itself!
