Terrible service, rude staff, and poor workmanship. They didn't even wash my truck after they asked if I would like a car wash. Overall, it was a weird experience. I would recommend going elsewhere. You can tell they only care about gouging clients and misrepresenting themselves as a reputable business.
They will quote and try to push service that was not actually due, nor recommended by Toyota. Example: at 35K visit, they will strongly suggest you do maintenance that is recommended at 60K, and only recommended for vehicles doing heavy towing. They will recommend flushes that are only recommended in Hawaii (as per Toyota's maintenance schedule). They will even recommend the same work twice (flushing the transfercase/differential - TWICE, where it was a) not recommended by Toyota unless doing heavy towing and only at 60K mil... read more
I really enjoyed my experience working with Kamil at Fox Automotive Group in Rochester. He was friendly, a great communicator, and quick to answer any questions. He wasn't pushy either. I'd definitely work with Kamil in the future and I'll be recommending him to my friends and family as well!
