If you aren’t there 30 Mins before they close you won’t be let in the yard, I drove over a hour to get there and was inside their building at 4:40 and the guy said sorry yard closes at 4:40 I looked at my clock as it turned 4:41 ...U Pull N Save in Mason would never do this so I recommend Mason U Pull N Save to anyone needing vehicle parts !!!

I called Friday 7/19/19 to have them pull a starter. I put the deposit down on it and told them I’d be by for it Saturday. I get there Saturday and surprise! They’re closed. So then I call Monday morning and say I’m coming to pick up my part, is it ready? I was told by Dave that it was ready and I paid the remainder of my balance. My dad gets there to pick it up and they said that they hadn’t pulled it yet and the car wasn’t even out of the lot so it would be another 8 hours before we could get the part. I’m furious.
