I've had my truck there twice, first time was for a new motor in my 2003 Navigator. Had it back for about 9 month's now, runs great, no leaks. Only complaint I had getting it back was the inside had dirt, grease and grime all over the steering wheel, shifter, door handles, center counsel. When I had them do the motor I also had new water pump, power steering pump. Should have done the starter also but did not and now that's what it here for now. Brought the truck in at 9am they were done with it in about an hour.
Worst customer service in the world. 1 week late on getting my truck bed and never called me to give me any update, had to call them to find out what was going on. Then they were 3 days late on shipping my tailgate and tail lights even though they said it would be delivered the very next day without anyone needing to be home to sign for it (was not the case at all). Brandon Maggard and his manager Chris are no help either!!! They could care less about their customers just as long as they make $$$ for the company. This place ... read more
