This clinic has obviously put a lot of work into fixing their pharmacy issues because it’s been a great experience over the past year. I wish I could say the same about the other areas. I shouldn’t have to call back about not getting a first call for a virtual appointment to begin with. I also shouldn’t have to call about my family not being rescheduled for the bad weather.
