If I could give Fox zero stars I would. Pharmacy is slow and regularly do not communicate new changes. The PA that was assigned to me is atrocious. Providers have no time to listen to any actual health concerns. There are basically no appointments right now because of COVID so they tell you to email your provider. My provider then told me to stop sending messages with symptoms and to make an appointment or go to urgent care. She even put "LOL" in the message. My symptoms are related to my heart. This medical facility is top notch. They prioritize the active duty and retired military family with personalized care and attention. If proper steps are taken, the wait times are minimal and communication is given throughout.

This clinic has obviously put a lot of work into fixing their pharmacy issues because it’s been a great experience over the past year. I wish I could say the same about the other areas. I shouldn’t have to call back about not getting a first call for a virtual appointment to begin with. I also shouldn’t have to call about my family not being rescheduled for the bad weather.
