Won't stand behind warranty. Bought new cub cadet z force last spring. Had problem with transmission this summer a little over year bought. Cub cadet won't stand behind their product either. They claimed I got water in transmission. It has never been out in weather..garage kept....Never been pressure washed as they claimed....Got a huge bill for their service...finally came down on bill but still had to pay close to 200 bucks..should have been covered in FULL....VERY upset and disappointed..Will not purchase anything else.
I had my riding mower worked on there. They were supposed to repair steering. First, went to pick up couldn't even get it on trailer because they didn't fix it. Left it for a few more days, went back brought it home and got front yard mowed and it broke again. I called them and they said they don't guarantee their parts! Will not even make a reasonable concession. Like waive labor I'll pay for new part. I'm a single woman with no one to assist me with these things. So, I basically feel I was taken advantage of.
