Very bad experience and completely disappointed with Fowler Tire. I went in for a simple wheel alignment. After their inspection, they told me my ball joint was broken and that I needed a new control arm as well. They declared the car unsafe to drive and gave me a repair quote of $850 + tax. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to another trusted mechanic who confirmed that only the ball joint needed to be replaced, and it cost me just $150.
