First lied about who he was when he was at my house taking pictures. My landlord passed his step daughter took over she didn't want to rent n deal with company anymore, so she put on market. That's when I met cal as helping to decide how much can put on market BUT he was the one buying it. Bought it gave us a month to get out AND MADE US STILL PAY RENT THAT MONTH. Not honest and a con man. He sold us a house knowing full well that the garage was condemned by the city and had to be torn down. He knew he should have disclosed this because it was his listing and his name was on the signature for the city inspection. It cost us $1800 and we lost the value that a garage adds to your home. Childishly kept hanging up on us when we called. Good luck if you deal with this company.

Cal helped me in buying my very first home. He was quick to respond to all of my questions and always had a great attitude. Only hours after the house was posted, Cal got me an appointment to see it and got them to accept my offer the same day it was presented. Because of him we were able to get a great deal on the house.
