Adam has been a fantastic agent for us. We are from out of state so could not tour apartments in person. He offered to tour properties for us and came up with lists of apartments in our budget. He answers at all hours, which is never expected but appreciated. He helped me with resolving a cleanliness issue at the property - which was a BIG help. I would continue working with him in the future :)

If you’re looking for a place to rent, DO NOT go with this company!!! We rented a condo in November 2024. By December, we started having problems with the breakers, leaving us without electricity for at least two days and with barely functioning electricity for five days (no heat/AC, no working stove, or fridge).
