Service department is ridiculous. I made a 1 pm appointment for recall work that is supposed to take an hour. I was there til 4 pm. When I looked at the paperwork the tech didnt even start looking at my car until after 3. What a waste of my time. Nobody there seems to know whats going on. During a previous service visit, they performed the service I needed on someone else's vehicle. After two hours they gave me the wrong key, and told me I was good to go.
