Getting a new car and turning in my 2017 leased one was easy to do and a pleasant experience. All the employees with whom I dealt were courteous and efficient.
I was in and out within an hour of my promised time The service was great and Don was exceptional; I called him on the spur of the moment and he got me in right of way and kept his promise to get me out within and hour and a half which he did. The price was right and no unforeseen repairs is always a bonus
Car delivered by friendly staff. Delivered when promised. Assisted in setting up cell phone and in showing features.
Working with Hugh White Honda is the best. .People are so friendly and willing to help. Jim Jeffers is a great guy and he was there to help me with a new car. Lance was so easy to work with to finance my car. Thia is my second time getting a new car with Hugh White
Very pleased with the service I received today at Staten Island Honda. Our service Rep Eliot Lamboy was absolutely amazing. He took care of all our issues and was very attentive to our specific needs. My family has owned at least one Honda since 1996. Over the years Iâ??ve purchased from various dealership all over the tri-state, but Iâ??ll only go to this location for service. I never feel rushed and each and every time I leave with a better understanding of my vehicle

My husband got an oil change at the Honda of Staten Island. Jeff Paskenoff helped him get it done. Jeff is great at what he does and is very helpful. We will definitely go back to Honda of SI and we look forward to Jeff helping us again.

I came in to return a car under existing lease with Hugh White Honda. The person I came in to see was tied up, and I was transferred to Tree. He was awesome. I knew what type of car I wanted. I told Tree I did not need to test drive, and that I still had time on my lease if I did not get the terms I wanted on a new lease.
