Very disappointed in this practice, I have been going there for over 4 years. Despite making my best effort to maintain myself as a patient and communicate, I was discharged as a patient after one cancellation that incurred a late fee (of which I communicated about!). I was not properly notified of being discharged nor of an outstanding balance, and I was then left to reestablish care with only medication to last a few more days. I just started going to Tolbert and I missed one appointment because I was sick and forgot. I paid the $50 . Whenever I needed refills they would never call them in correctly or denied them. I would call and had to always leave a message and never get a call back. Very disappointed in this practice. Then get a letter in mail that I have missed appointment Trent’s and no shows. Both Dr. Tolvert and Dr. Rocky are great! They can usually get me in the same or next day! Never have had any issues with them, they have been incredibly helpful and I can't recommend them enough!
I really like Dr. Rocky he is the best Dr.I have ever had and in my humble opinion anyone who says different is probably a silly crybaby he has always taken very good care of me and hopefully he will be my Dr untill I kick the bucket Thank You Nancy F Fink
Absolutely stellar experience. I highly recommend Dr Fowler as a PCP. When I called the office, the communication from their staff was warm and cordial, and I found them equally welcoming when I walked in for my appointment. All the staff is super nice and you will feel the family-friendly atmosphere. Dr Fowler was very attentive, and the level of professionalism and attention to detail was on point.
