$50 cancellation fee for an appointment Dr. Fowler missed. Insane. I was a patient of Dr. Fowlers for a year. I've seen him twice in his office. Both office visits were less than 5 minutes long, which was fine, I'm relatively healthy. His office scheduled a telehealth appointment. Nobody called at the appointment time. I called the office and they said Dr. Fowler would not be available for awhile.
