Absolutely stellar experience. I highly recommend Dr Fowler as a PCP. When I called the office, the communication from their staff was warm and cordial, and I found them equally welcoming when I walked in for my appointment. All the staff is super nice and you will feel the family-friendly atmosphere. Dr Fowler was very attentive, and the level of professionalism and attention to detail was on point. 0 stars!!! First visit was the only pleasant one. Had trouble getting in touch with doc because he leaves early everyday. I missed an appointment and called that morning to let them know I had the flu. Called it a no call no show and was going to charge me 50 dollars but to top it off they never called me back anyways. I’m not upset at all not to be going there anymore
Possibly the worst PCP ever. They never answer phone calls. They removed me from their patient list because of “4 no shows” when I never made appointments. Front desk isn’t helpful either. I missed 2 vaccines because he claimed I wasn’t due on anything. I wouldn’t trust him to give a good opinion on what vaccines you need. He is constantly rushing when you visit.
Do not go here! They sent my husband a letter in the mail advising him he needed to find another pcp. Stating he had missed "several appointments" they listed only 4 dates from 2023 to date, all 4 in which he told them not to schedule because he would schedule them himself (he's a truck driver so his schedule is hectic) the letter also stated that there was an ROI to send in and there wasnt..last week he made an appt to ask a few questions, heart issues run in his family and he had been having some chest tightness and such. ... read more
