Dr. Rocky Fowler is amazing! He has taken the time to listen to me and hear my concerns. He has never made me feel rushed or ignored. He is genuinely interested in helping his patients and cares about their outcomes. As far as his staff goes, they are fantastic. They almost alwasy answer the phone when I call. I rarely ever have to leave a message and wait for somebody to call me back. They are normally able to put me on hold (when needed) and speak directly to the provider. Do not go here! They sent my husband a letter in the mail advising him he needed to find another pcp. Stating he had missed "several appointments" they listed only 4 dates from 2023 to date, all 4 in which he told them not to schedule because he would schedule them himself (he's a truck driver so his schedule is hectic) the letter also stated that there was an ROI to send in and there wasnt..last week he made an appt to ask a few questions, heart issues run in his family and he had been having some chest tightness and such. ... read more
We have only had great experiences at this office. They are thorough, answer any and all questions, and provide excellent service! We even refer our family and friends here. Thank you Fowler Family Medicine for providing superior care.
The only good thing that come out of my office visit was the nice office staff. If you need anything to be done don't count on it. They will say that they will do it but never do. Also if you are going for your faa Class medical expect them to send you to the faa for everything including sending in your paperwork. Wouldn't go back to this office even for a pcp visit or anything within that matter.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was so happy that a Dr. finally sat down and listened to my issues. Dr. Rocky Fowler is great.
