I built with Fowler in Oct 2006, and I would warn everyone to avoid this builder at all costs. At this time, the siding is falling off my home, and approximately 5 defects from my puch list have not been repaired. Attempts to get Fowler Custom Homes to finish the project, and uphold their warranty have done nothing. After closing my home, I discovered that one of the sub-contractors had not been paid, and a lein had been placed on my home, which I had to expend considerable time and effort to resolve.
