I had an excellent experience working with Parker at Fowler GMC. I've used our Fowler GMC several times for warranty work our 2015 Camaro. Parker Andrews kept us informed every step of the process by phone or text as to what issue was found, warranty work approval and how long it would take to get the repair completed. Straight up honest on repairs and always faster than expected.
I took my car into Fowler back in September for a battery replacement, and they were wonderful then. My battery started having issues this week, they got me in quickly and honored their parts warranty and got me back on the road. Their service department was wonderful, communicated well, did the work in a timely manner, and answered all of my questions. Thankful to have trustworthy folks in our community!
I can't thank the service team enough for their help with my truck issues while traveling from SC to LA. Nothing worse than having mechanical problems 100's of miles from home but the team at Fowler took care of everything and had me back on the road in short order. What a fabulous service staff and I am forever grateful for their help!
