We went to Fowler Auto to look at a Subaru Ascent. The salesman we worked with was Robert Reed. We were fortunate to have him as he was extremely knowledgeable. On our test drive he showed us all the safety features and explained them thoroughly. If you are looking for no pressure and lots of knowledge Robert Reed is the guy.
wes lied to me twice first he said he had no loaners when i arrived the following morning after my sti being there for over 9 days. a loner was provided immediately and then he called past 2 pm and said the motor just came in which i different service rep explained that it was already there the day before... if he still has a job when i pick up my car i will never go there again
I brought my car in because it was throwing two codes, one was for the o2 sensor on bank 2 and the other was because of a bad fuel gadge. it took them 5 weeks to get my car out and the problems still aren't fixed and now there are 5 more codes throwing. I had to pick my car up twice because the first time I drove it 200 feet and had to push it back into their parking lot. they tried telling me I was throwing transmission codes occasionally too... well my car is a 6 speed manual transmission and it is physically impossible to... read more
Jarrod Lince is the BEST sales guy ever, he will always get you the best deal and exactly what you want in a vehicle!!! Very polite, never pushy and just all around great experience. We have now gotten 3 cars from him!
