I usually always experience great service here but today I went in for an oil change and had to wait two hours, on top of that all of the people at the service desk had left so there was no one I could ask about my car. A manager had to go find one of the service desk workers and ended up not charging me for the service, which I appreciate because there’s no way I would have payed after 2 hours and a lack of communication.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Will Greene and Alberto at Ken Fowler for taking care of my daughter and treating her how they would want thier very own family treated. I felt completely comfortable with my daughter going to buy a car on her own with Will and Alberto! Thank you so much for all your help and making this life changing experience a good one. Thank you for treating my daughter like she was your family. You have a customer for life!! ❤

I would highly recommend Ken Fowler. After a horrible experience at Matt Mazzei (we are lake co residents) we saw a truck we liked and Will Greene was absolutely great. We never felt pressured and restored my faith in old school customer service. They even delivered our new truck and picked up our trade ins. So happy with the service Ethan gave us yesterday when we came by to test drive. He was not at all pushy and listened to what we wanted in a car.
